Print firm acquired by creative agency
Rotherham-based Rosehill Press has been acquired by a Hertfordshire based creative agency, the Grace Group
Printing firm Rosehill Press, which had been put up for sale in July, said it was “business as usual” under its new owners.
The business will retain the majority of its staff but with a new management team Steve Day (CEO), Dominic Walsh (CCO), David Oakley-Brown (CFO). Martin Horner will be managing director.
Rosehill Press plans to drive forward with an increased offering, industry specialisms and improved company/group efficiencies.
Grace Group is based in Ware and its clients include London Stansted and Manchester Airports.
