Otley Mills, a mill complex that has a mix of high-quality industrial units, trade counters and warehouse space has hit the market.

Andrew Hillas Properties are currently redeveloping the site, which is the former home of Ideal Standard, and the property is being marketed by Commercial property agents Sanderson Weatherall.

The property is located on the north side of Ilkley Road, fronting the A660, the main route linking Leeds, Ilkley and Otley. It is adjacent to Wharfebank Mills.
