Deals secure occupiers for 18,500 sq ft of commercial unit space

Metro Park Industrial Estate, off Middleton Grove in Leeds, is now fully let with three companies taking on leases at the site.

Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team, together with joint agent Carter Towler, completed a trio of deals totalling more than 18,500 sq ft at Metro Park, letting properties to Transnet Services, Mears and Deals 4 Doors.

International courier service, Transnet, has taken Unit 3 at Metro Park, a 5,003 sq ft unit on the estate. Deals 4 Doors, a door distribution company, has completed on Unit 6, a 6,996 sq ft unit. Mears, a public and private sector service provider, has taken Unit 5, the final remaining unit of 6,994 sq ft.

Metro Park is a modern estate that forms part of the well-established Middleton Grove industrial area of South Leeds. The units have access to Dewsbury Road (A653), which is the main arterial road leading to Leeds City Centre, providing excellent access to the nearby motorway networks.

Sophie Angus, senior surveyor for the Industrial team at CBRE Leeds, said: “We are delighted to confirm that Metro Park Industrial estate in Leeds is now fully let, following lettings to three well-established businesses located within the Leeds area.

“This latest succession of lettings confirms the continued demand for well appointed, modern warehouse accommodation within the West Yorkshire region and the strength of the industrial market.”
