Manufacturer doubles operations with deal for 42,000 sq ft warehouse
A deal has been completed on behalf of a manufacturer for a 42,000 sq ft warehouse at 5-8 Whitehall Industrial Estate on Ashfield Way, in Leeds.
It means shower tray maker, Just Trays, will effectively be able to double its manufacturing operation in Leeds.
The Project Management and Lease Consultancy teams at CBRE in Leeds negotiated the terms of the new lease, the renewal on the existing premises at 2-4 Whitehall Industrial Estate, as well as preparing a schedule of condition prior to the company taking the new tenancy.
Just Trays, one of the largest shower tray manufacturers in the UK with more than 120 employees, was sold to Kartell UK this year. The company has taken on industrial shed space at a detached industrial building situated on Ashfield Way on a 10-year lease term.
The investment by Kartell UK will enhance the company’s global offering and help drive UK and international expansion of the brand.
The 1.48 acre site is strategically located just a few miles from Leeds City Centre and lies within half a mile of the Leeds Outer Ring Road (A6110) which can be accessed off Ashfield Way. J1 of the M621 Motorway is also nearby.
