Agents appointed for 2m sq ft industrial estate

Savills has been appointed by Patrizia as joint agents, alongside JLL, at Thorp Arch Estate near Wetherby.

The parkland estate provides 2m sq ft of industrial space with over 170 businesses on-site including Avacta, Nuffield Heath, Matthew Clark and Moores Furniture Group.

Amenities include fibre superfast broadband, on site security and management, conference facilities, a gym, play area and cafe.

Phase three of the estate’s Ash Way has recently been developed with modern warehouse units of 6,000 and 9,000 sq ft immediately available.

And alongside the established units there are development opportunities for Design and Build warehouses up to 250,000 sq ft.
