Larger offices taken on by growing property consultancy

Leeds-based property consultancy Bowman Riley has taken a ten-year lease on new premises in the city to more than double the size of its existing offices.

The company, which has been established in Leeds for 19 years and also has offices in Skipton and London, said this is a strategic move to cement its position in the market and accommodate its continued growth.

Taking 3,300 sq ft of prime Grade A office space on the ground floor of Toronto Square on Infirmary Street, the company is moving within the same building.

Director Matthew Jones said: “With Channel 4 as our new neighbour, it is a great time to be expanding in Leeds. Our vibrant new offices will give us a fantastic base to operate from providing an enhanced working environment for staff and a more impressive space to welcome clients and visitors.”

Bowman Riley’s in-house team has designed an inspiring working environment centred around staff wellbeing. Features include a business lounge, boardroom, breakout space and collaborative working area.

Absolute Commercial Interiors was selected from a shortlist of fit-out contractors and started work this week with completion due before Christmas.

Director Caroline Fattorini said: “Absolute was chosen to deliver our vision due to their ability to really understand our dreams for the space and their passion for partnering with us to create an exceptional environment for our staff.

“We look forward to the business growth and expansion the space will provide.”
