Yorkshire expansion for property and construction consultancy business

Property and construction consultancy Pick Everard has opened a new office in Leeds.

Director Tim Hartley has been appointed to oversee its cost consultancy team, which is based at West One, Wellington Street.

Hartley brings more than 40 years’ experience to the national firm. He will play an integral role in developing the multi-disciplinary consultancy’s client base in the region.

“Leeds is a new area for Pick Everard and I’ve been working with our growing team to create new opportunities both within the city and in the wider Yorkshire region.

“I’ve worked on both private and public sector projects, delivering a variety of schemes across various sectors ranging from multi-million-pound commercial developments to bespoke refurbishments and extensions.

“My extensive experience means I am able to work across our multi-disciplinary teams to add real value to our clients’ projects.
