Property sales progression specialist celebrates expansion

Yorkshire-based sales progression expert, Assured Sale & Progression (ASAP) has marked its fifth birthday with record sales and expansion of the team.

The business, which works in the property sector to significantly reduce the time it takes to complete residential property sales, says it has had its most successful year to date, recording doubling of turnover and increasing its headcount to 20.

The company is now recruiting for an operations director to help take it to its next phase of growth.

ASAP, which works alongside estate agents, property auctioneers, mortgage brokers and financial advisors, has introduced a service to help ensure property sales progress as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Over the past five years, its team has developed a methodology that shaves up to seven weeks off the average transaction time – from sale agreed to exchange and completion.

During its first five years of trading, ASAP has helped secure thousands of sales, employed 17 additional members of staff, all based at the company’s Pontefract headquarters, and increased the number of estate agents it works with.

Directors Richard Megson and Tony Hill have signalled their ambition to see substantial further growth in coming years.
