Domenico Mariconda has been appointed managing director of Leeds-based Edenred business The Right Fuelcard Company, which offers fuel card solutions and telematics services for fleet managers.

Mariconda is taking over from Adam Walsh, who has decided to move on to a new personal challenge.

Beyond developing the Right Fuelcard Company’s customer base with existing solutions, Mariconda will be in charge of bringing enhanced fleet services to The Right Fuelcard Company’s customers, to allow them to optimise control and cost management of their fleets.

He graduated from the University of Salerno in Italy. He started his career as a management consultant and then held various sales and leadership positions in the automotive, financial services and telematics industries within Northern Europe. Before joining the Right Fuelcard Company, he was CEO of Axon Telematics.

He is based in Leeds and reports to Antoine Dumurgier, COO, Fleet & Mobility Solutions at Edenred.
