HR systems firm is acquired by software provider
A Doncaster-based HR solutions provider has been bought by a UK software specialist.
People HR has been acquired by The Access Group – one of two purchases made, the other being a payroll solutions firm in Cambridgeshire called The Payroll Service Company. (PSC)
Through these acquisitions, Loughborough-based Access explained it has been able to extend its capability to serve an even wider range of organisations looking to achieve success through their most important asset – their people.
People HR has become a leader in the HR systems market in the UK, with more than 5,000 companies using its solution to transform their organisations into social enterprises.
The business was co-founded by Manjit and Sat Sindhar, who both have a deep heritage in the HR software market.
