City solicitors practice on the move

Wrigleys Solicitors has moved all 72 of its staff  to new offices in Sheffield, maintaining the firm’s presence in the city centre.

Wrigleys has provided legal services in both Sheffield and Leeds since the firm was established in 1996 and, in the last year, has also opened an office in Newcastle.

Its new base in Sheffield is at Derwent House, 150 Arundel Gate.

This will allow the business to accommodate a growing number of staff across all of its teams. The firm has a long history in private client work alongside property and pensions, with the Sheffield office specialising in providing legal services to injured, disabled and vulnerable clients, as well as advice to all clients on wills, powers of attorney, trusts and probate.

The practice also provides legal services to charities and third sector organisations, which includes advising several of Sheffield’s oldest grant making charities.

Managing Partner, Marie-Louise Hamilton, said: “The move to the new offices was born out of necessity with the growth of the firm.

“However, following a period of consultation with the team in the Sheffield office, we have also taken the opportunity to create a connected space to aid collaborative working and promote well-being in the workplace, a policy which the firm is committed to supporting. We are all delighted with the results.”
