Bid for Channel 4 just the beginning for creative collective

The campaign, All. in Leeds, led by creative agencies, to support the bid to bring Channel 4 to Leeds has revealed its plans for future.

The collective of over 130 creative agencies plans to strengthen the creative sector improving diversity and promoting creativity, education, growth and community engagement.

The group says its activity will have specific aims including to attract business investment into Leeds, and tackle the training needs across the sector.

Liam Grogan director of digital at Intermarketing Agency commented, “One of the core principles of All in. Leeds is that it’s not owned by any agency, or group. The concept of being a collective means everyone is given an equal opportunity to help influence the future of the creative industry in Leeds and there’s a real excitement in the air.

“The bid for Channel 4 was just the beginning and the conversations we’d had about what we collectively need to do better – improving diversity, creativity, education, growth and community engagement – needed to continue as we strive to transform the creative sector in our city.”
