Developer expands with new hires and London office

Construction and property development firm Caddick Group has made two new senior appointments.

The firm is gearing up for growth as it looks to deliver its £5bn development pipeline and expand its presence in London and the South East.

The two new hires will join the Group’s development arms; Caddick Developments and Moda Living.

Alistair Smith joins Caddick Developments as associate director from Town Centre Securities PLC. He will be working on a variety of projects including the delivery of SOYO, and City One both in Leeds city centre.

Alistair will also support on the delivery of the firm’s industrial and logistics pipeline, including a £50m 1.2m sq. ft. logistics facility for AEW.

Charlie Adcock, joins Moda Living as acquisitions manager, with a responsibility for sourcing new opportunities in London and the South of England.

Alongside these appointments Caddick Grou has acquired a new office space at 1 Heddon Street, London.

Caddick Group’s expansion follows a strong 2019, with its reporting a record turnover in its latest annual results.
