Weekender: Pizzeria brings its recipe for success to a new location

Pizza restaurant business Rudy’s has announced that its Leeds pizzeria will be opening at the end of February.

Rudy’s Leeds is on 2 New Station Street, previously Evans Cycles, opposite the Laynes. The 100 cover restaurant opening will create 40 jobs in the city. General manager Hannah Holmes said: “We can’t wait to open Rudy’s Leeds at the end of February and are inviting you all to try our pizza on us.

“The beauty of Rudy’s is simplicity. For us, it’s all about the pizza and everything we do is to make and serve the best Neapolitan pizza we can. It’s what we do and we can’t wait for you to try it.”

Since first opening its doors in Ancoats, Manchester, back in 2015, Rudy’s has gained an impressive reputation.

It was recently ranked by global travel platform, The Big Seven Travel, as the 10th best pizza in the world and number three in Europe, along with being rated ‘No.1 Pizzeria in the UK’ by Trip Advisor.
