Developer unveils latest stage of residential scheme

Housebuilder Compendium Living is launching the newest phase of homes at its development in Ings, Hull, called “The Leeway”.

The development is being expanded with the £20m construction of a further 108 homes in the third phase of the development with two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Following completion of the earlier phases of the development, the first homes for sale at The Leeway 3 are schedule for completion in the spring, with properties available to purchase off-plan.

It is part of one of the biggest housing regeneration programmes undertaken by Hull City Council, working with registered provider Together Housing and Compendium Living. The programme is intended to give the Ings neighbourhood a new lease of life as it becomes a more sustainable place to live.
