A multi-million pound investment acquisition has been completed for an office building and warehouse in North Yorkshire.

Pardeep Khela, Associate in Schofield Sweeney’s Commercial Property team, has advised the Bramall Group on the deal.

The Group’s purchase of Nidderdale House, in Harrogate, for over £4m from Kames Capital marks substantial growth for the business as well as strengthening its future plans.

Jonathan Duck, property manager, Bramall Properties, said: “We are pleased to acquire Nidderdale House and it represents a strong investment for the Bramall Group.

“The financial strength of the tenant together with the desirable location of the site ensures this will provide good returns. The support provided by Schofield Sweeney and our surveyors, Colliers International, has been excellent and we look forward to working with them in the future.”

Nidderdale House is within a Harrogate business park and comprises a 25,000 sq ft grade A office building together with a sizeable neighbouring warehouse. The entire site is occupied by Arrow Computing which is a global IT infrastructure and business consulting enterprise.

Khela said: “We are delighted to have assisted the Bramall Group with their latest purchase. Due to an internal re-organisation on the part of the seller, the transaction was completed under a very strict timetable and involved calling upon our property and construction expertise.”
