Village residential scheme launched to the public

Developers have started bringing to life a £5m collection of family homes in North Yorkshire.
Leeds-based Loxley Homes has appointed estate agents Linley & Simpson and Croft Residential to launch to market its latest development at Village Mews in Darley, near Harrogate.
The scheme is a collection of 18 houses that feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with a choice of both detached and semi-detached, with starting prices from £265,000.
Director of land and new homes at Linley & Simpson, David Waddington, said: “This is an exclusive cul-de-sac development that sits in an elevated position to the south side of the main street of this historic village.
“Loxley Homes is a niche developer which has a proven track record of building high-quality homes in Yorkshire for more than 30 years, and we are thrilled to the partnering with it once again on this flagship scheme.”
Darley is part of the Nidderdale Way, a circular long-distance footpath in an Area Of Natural Beauty in the easternmost valley of the Yorkshire Dales.
Prospective home buyers will be offered a preview of the development, when it stages its first show home open weekend on 1 and 2 of February.
