Traffic Alert: East Riding bridge closed to vulnerable vehicles due to high winds

The Ouse Bridge, M62 Junction 36 (Goole) to Junction 37 (Howden), is closed to vulnerable vehicles in both directions due to strong winds.

The closure is affecting high sided vehicles, motorcycles, caravans and any other vehicle liable to affected by cross winds.

A diversion is now in place. Eastbound – follow the solid square diversion symbol via the A614 and the A63. Westbound – follow the solid triangle diversion symbol via the A63 and A614.
