Headhunting agency poised for further expansion

Global agency, Red Diamond Executive Headhunters has announced strong year-on-year growth of 30% over the last three years – and has revealed plans for more expansion, both internationally and in the UK.

Operating out of its head office in Huddersfield and the United Arab Emirates, the firm specialises in placing business leaders and senior management across the UK and the Middle East.

It has developed a strong client base of blue-chip companies in sectors such as aerospace, construction and manufacturing over the past 10 years. Red Diamond is now to open a second UK office in the south.

The company has also expanded its in-house team with the addition of a dedicated, full time executive headhunter and a researcher to support and accelerate its international growth. And there are plans to recruit additional experienced employees, further increasing the headcount which currently stands at six full time employees and four consultants.

Managing director Emma Robinson, who co-founded Red Diamond with her partner Simon Robinson in 2010, said: “The past 18 months have been an exciting time for us as we work hard to achieve our ambitions to be industry leaders, supported by a strong period of growth and welcoming new talent and expertise to our team.

Red Diamond recently launched a new website and is looking to develop its infrastructure with digital innovations to achieve greater efficiency.
