Avignon Capital has brought Unit G1, Tyler Close at Normanton Industrial Estate, appointing Savills and Carter Towler as joint agents.
The premises comprises a modern warehouse space totalling 39,066 sq ft on a 2.01 acre site and includes ground and first floor offices close to junction 31 of the M62 motorway.
