New director for business park

A business park in Wakefield has announced the appointment of a new estate director.

Peter Molyneux, previously a partner at accountancy firm Armstrong Watson, will head up the Nostell Estate’s management, including the oversight of several large-scale projects aimed at enhancing its offering such as a new meeting and event space for tenants and the public, once social distancing measures are relaxed.

Peter has a strong background in the accounting, finance and business strategy. This expertise will be leveraged in looking after the park’s commercial and residential tenants, managing the estate staff and driving the business strategy for the estate.

The Lord St Oswald, owner of the Nostell Estate commented: “We are delighted to welcome Peter as our Estate Director and look forward to seeing his vision for the estate come to fruition. His expertise is sure to be a great support to our team and the tenants here at Nostell as we navigate this challenging business climate.”

The Nostell Estate is a business park offering office accommodation on the outskirts of Wakefield. The Nostell Estate is owned by The Lord St Oswald and his family, and is located next to the The National Trust’s Nostell Priory. Nostell Estate has received a number of awards for its sensitively-converted grade listed properties, as well as its environmentally friendly credentials.
