New tenant secured for commercial premises
An automotive parts distributor has taken on space within a warehouse unit in Leeds.
On behalf of Leeds property company, Pullans, the industrial team at CBRE in Leeds has secured a letting to Ferraris Piston Service Limited (FPS) at Unit 3 Whitehall Point.
This is a new build speculatively developed unit on Whitehall Road. The lease has set a new headline rent for mid box units in the region.
The warehouse unit provides 31,500 sq ft of accommodation and forms part of a new scheme development of some 65,000 sq ft. The unit benefits from two-storey offices, two ground level loading doors and a large secure service yard.
Whitehall Point is approximately 2.5 miles to the south west of Leeds City Centre and fronting onto the A58 Whitehall Road.
The unit has been let for a term of 10 years to FPS – which is part of the Alliance Automotive group of companies – to facilitate the expansion of its Leeds business.
