Growth for tech marketing agency, despite tough conditions

Leeds-based B2B tech marketing agency, Fox Agency, has reported strong results in the first half of its 2020 financial year.

The agency delivered a 10% year-on-year growth in revenue, a 15% increase in profit and says it remains on track to deliver its target 25% growth this financial year.

As part of the agency’s five-year growth plan, business strategy switched to an alignment with global B2B tech, which has seen a £500,000 year on year revenue increase coming from global tech-focused clients such as BearingPoint, Learnlight, Brother Europe and Leica.

Fox Agency also bolstered its digital, PR and content offering with key new appointments including ex-Hotwire and Tyto’s David Clare as head of content & social.

Ben Fox, director at Fox Agency, said: “Like most businesses, we have had to think smart to help overcome the current challenges.

“Our focus has been on helping our clients reframe their strategies and approach to navigate the new business environment.

“Our own new strategy and positioning are having a positive impact on results, as well as a renewed vigour for our team, and we will shortly be unveiling our new branding identity that we feel matches our tech alignment and ambition.”

Despite the current pandemic and economic downturn, the agency’s target of 25% growth to hit £2.5m in revenue in its 2020 financial year will remain unchanged.
