Construction consultants appointed on £18m residential scheme

MAC Construction Consultants’ Safety, Health & Environment team has been appointed by the KMRE Group to deliver client advisor and principal designer services on its Kirkstall Road development.

The firm has joined the construction team to produce a new private rental sector scheme (PRS) that will deliver 111 modern apartments at this location in Leeds.

The development will include a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Construction is now in progress on site and expected to complete in spring 2021.
