New panellist confirmed for upcoming webinar
A new panellist has been confirmed for TheBusinessDesk.com’s upcoming webinar in partnership with Bevan Brittan entitled, “Should I shake on it? Mergers, acquisitions and restructuring after Covid-19”.

Sarah Fatchett, CEO and founder of Wakefield-based tech business 365 Response will join the expert panel to consider the opportunities that may arise for businesses looking for mergers & acquisitions and how they might restructure to meet future challenges.
She will also be discussing her experience of what investors are looking for in the current climate having recently secured a £3m investment for 365 Response from growth capital investor, BGF.
Fatchett will be joined on the panel by Richard Coulson, CEO of Complete Business Solutions alongside Christian Hunt a partner at Bevan Brittan, and Jason Whitworth, corporate finance partner M&A, at BDO.
