Lloyds Bank to pull out of regional office

Lloyds Banking Group has confirmed it is to sell its Dawson’s Corner office, in Pudsey, Leeds.

A spokesman for the company confirmed this afternoon that it would be shifting its staff out of the building, but added that this would not involve redundancies.

She said: “We regularly review our property portfolio to make sure it meets the demands of the business, colleagues and customers.

“As part of our existing strategy before the pandemic, where opportunities arise, we are consolidating offices and bringing colleagues together into fewer, better buildings.

“As part of this we have decided to exit our Dawson’s Corner office in Pudsey and reallocate colleagues to Lovell Park, Leeds.

“With the majority of colleagues currently working from home as per Government guidance, there will be no impact to current ways of working, and there are no role reductions as a result of these changes.”
