New hires welcomed at expanding tech company

Yorkshire-based tech company, RotaCloud, has welcomed nine more staff to the business, in roles ranging from software testing and development, to sales and project management.

Headquartered in York, new starters include Jennifer Wright and Jonathan Brown who are both software testers and join from FDM Group and Hiscox respectively.

Harlan Gartland and Narae Kim, web developers, both join from Northcoders, and Meg Eley and Will Smith join the customer success team.

There are also three senior additions to the team. Jess Treadgold joins from Realife Tech where she previously spearheaded app delivery for the likes of The O2 arena and Tottenham Hotspurs.

She will be heading the project management and delivery function at RotaCloud.

Wayne Adams joins from Perkbox to oversee sales. And Andy Wilby will be leading UX, having spent the last nine years directing user experience for the likes of HSBC and Aviva.

Co-founded by James Lintern, Joel Beverley and David Brandon, RotaCloud is a UK workforce management software provider, with clients ranging from The NHS to Subway.

James Lintern, co-founder of RotaCloud, said: “The last year has been a huge challenge for all of us, but the rate that RotaCloud has grown, even despite the current circumstances, has been amazing — and all of that is down to the outstanding team we have here.

“Joining a company remotely having never met your colleagues in person isn’t an easy thing, but all of our new starters have done an incredible job and are already having a massive impact on performance. We’re thrilled to have them on board.

“We are however, still growing, and we’re still on the look out for a graphic designer, a HR assistant, a junior marketing assistant, a senior marketing manager and web and app developers of all levels.”
