A game of two halves – how sport is adapting post-Covid-19

As the Government announces a new £300m rescue package of emergency funding for sports in England that have been impacted by the absence of spectators because of coronavirus.

TheBusinessDesk.com heard from an expert panel about challenges they’ve faced, and why we should remain positive for the future.

The panel includes Leeds United FC’s director of football Victor Orta and Mark Arthur; CEO of Yorkshire County Cricket Club; Jon Dutton, CEO of the Rugby League World Cup; Gerry Sutcliffe, former minister for sport and tourism and the current chair of both the National Racing College Doncaster and Keighley Cougars foundation; Dr Ingrid Griffiths, head of sport management Carnegie School of Sport, and Richard Cramer from Front Row Legal.
