Clothing company and recruitment business occupy trading estate units

Children’s clothing company Tallulah Frills and recruitment firm Presbar have leased property at a trading estate in West Yorkshire.

Commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), acting on behalf of In-Site Property Solutions, has secured the two new leases at South Bradford Trading estate.

The refurbished units are located in an industrial area to the south of Bradford with close access to both the M62 and M606 motorways, as well as direct access to Bradford city centre.

The new acquisitions come as both businesses continue to look to optimise their ways of working in the circumstances posed by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Tallulah Frills takes up a lease of 3,000 sq ft as it looks to transition to an online business model moving from its retail unit in Cleckheaton.

And Presbar has taken 7,500 sq ft of space as it look to continue its business expansion.

Colliers acted as joint agents with Lambert Smith Hampton on the estate, with Langleys solicitors acting for In-Site Property Solutions as legal advisors.

Alex Boyle, managing director at In-Site Property Solutions, said: “We are pleased to have regenerated a very tired estate, which now presents extremely well.

“These third and fourth lettings were agreed before the recent completion of the refurbishment, leaving just two small units available to let.”

Scott Morrison, director of Industrial & Logistics at LSH’s Leeds office, said: “This estate goes from strength to strength.

“Occupiers are looking for high quality refurbished accommodation and this estate certainly ticks those boxes for occupiers. We anticipate it will be fully let shortly.”
