Supercar entrepreneur starts engine on new business venture
An East Yorkshire young entrepreneur who originally started his own luxury car detailing business from his garage has launched his second business venture, a facility providing a hotel and concierge service for prestige vehicles.
Following Harry Hall’s success with Attention to Detail (ATD), which grew from a single garage to a 3,000 sq ft detailing studio in a single year, he has now launched The Vault.
It is a 24/7 access, state-of-the-art high security facility, designed specifically to store and manage vehicles for investors, collectors and drivers.
Operating in a humidity controlled and sterile/atmospheric facility, The Vault has advanced security measures in place to ensure customers’ cars are cared for as they should be.
The facility has access to some of the most trusted specialists in the automotive industry, from leather specialists to main dealer contacts, who can take care of any automotive needs whilst the car is in storage.
Four years ago, Hall launched ATD from his grandparents’ garage aged just 16, doing basic car washing with the intention of being able to move into the detailing industry in the future.
By 18, he became the youngest ever certified car detailer after receiving certification from car care product manufacturers GYEON and XPEL, before moving to a 3,000 sq ft facility within a year.
He said: “Most people think of car storage places as old barns with very little access to cars, often never seeing them again.
“I wanted to revolutionise the storage stereotypes and create a facility that takes the effort out of owning a car or collection of cars.
“Supercars, classic and specialist cars are high maintenance and often left weeks or months at a time before being driven.
“The Vault carries out constant active maintenance for every car, checking fluids, electrics and tyres, making sure they are ‘on the button’ and ready to drive at just a moment’s notice, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
