People: Knight Frank; BGES; TSL; and more

Aimee Howard has been appointed an Associate in Knight Frank’s Residential Development Valuation and Advisory team in Leeds, after joining from Cushman & Wakefield.

The team provides valuation services for a range of developments from small in-fill sites to high profile multi-phased regeneration projects – as well as major city centre developments.

It also specialises in providing independent funding advice to financial investors.  In addition to development valuations the team specialises in residential investment – with Private Rented Sector (PRS) appraisals forming a particular area of expertise.

James Milner, head of the Valuation and Advisory team in Leeds, said: “We are delighted that Aimee is bringing her specialist experience to our growing team.

Georgia Butler

BG Energy Solutions (BGES), an independent BMS and energy solutions company, has welcomed three new specialists to its management team as it looks to further enhance its technology and service offering.

The Dinnington firm has appointed Georgia Butler as Head of Service, who will be responsible for improving BGES’ service offering – a key part of the company’s #BecomeGreater strategy.

The newly created role involves building client relationships and ensuring the company’s 24/7 Energy and Controls Centre (eCC) is running at peak performance.

Butler has extensive experience in the property services and maintenance sector, most recently as customer performance manager at Morgan Sindall.

Rob Ordish joins as senior project manager, and will be responsible for leading projects on the BMS installations side of the business.

Ordish brings with him over 18 years’ experience in the building controls industry, including nine years at Demma Controls as operations manager.

Melissa Povey

Melissa Povey joins as business and governance manager, and will be working across the business to develop structures and procedures in line with industry standards and accreditations.

Key focus areas of the role include health and safety, human resources and training.

Rob Ordish

Povey has extensive quality and compliance experience in the construction industry, including creating new process and reporting structures, policy writing and streamlining operating systems.

Red Diamond Executive Headhunters has placed a procurement director with a West Yorkshire healthcare solutions provider.

Executive headhunter Carol Mosby, who heads appointments within the health and beauty, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors for Red Diamond, worked with Wakefield-based Toiletry Sales Limited (TSL) Healthcare on the appointment of James Booker.

Booker joins TSL from Boots, where he spent six years as a senior buying manager in commodities.

He has also previously worked as a commodity sourcing manager for Avon and in various roles at Astra Zeneca.

TSL develops, sources, manufactures and sells a high-quality range of self-care and active living solutions, including first aid items, PPE, feminine care, continence care, optical and maternity products.

Clients include high street names such as Tesco, Asda, Boots, Waitrose and Superdrug.

CEO Chris Patterson said having the right people in his team was vital to enable the business to achieve its goals.

He said: “In James, Carol has found us the ideal candidate for this role.

Rob Jackson

York technology consultancy, Netsells, has appointed two new senior hires from Hedgehog Labs who join a raft of new starters across multiple departments.

Founded in 2012, Netsells was named the fastest growing technology company in the North in 2020.

It offers technology consultation alongside web and mobile app development services to leading brands including Warburtons, Hiscox, Uber and Trainline.

Netsells’ new senior hires include Rob Jackson, formerly senior account manager at Hedgehog Labs, who joins the team as its new head of client engagement.

Jackson has worked in digital and tech for over a decade and has managed the accounts of some of the world’s best-known brands in fintech, leisure and pharmaceutical.

He said: “I’m immensely excited to be joining at such an exciting time for the business and look forward to supporting their continued success.

Lewis Chisholm

Lewis Chisholm, also formerly of Hedgehog Labs, joins Netsells as its new senior product manager.

He brings over 10 years of experience in digital media, working across a multitude of disciplines and capacities including QA, UX/UI design and Product.

Chisholm said: “I’m looking forward to joining the business, getting stuck in and being a part of Netsells’ exciting plans for the future.
