Construction completed at massive industrial development
Construction of a 411,470 sq ft industrial unit at Doncaster has been completed by Trebor Developments and Hillwood.
The huge building features 38 loading doors and extensive lorry parking for 75 HGV spaces, located on a 25-acre site.
It also includes offices, electric vehicle charging stations and car parking for up to 317 vehicles.
The investment by Trebor/Hillwood of over £40m delivers one of very few immediately available largescale industrial developments in the whole of the North of England.
It can accommodate either distribution or manufacturing uses with immediate occupation.
