Estate agent launches new branches and moves into hospitality

South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire Estate Agents, Redbrik is opening two new branches in Sheffield; on Ecclesall Road (the former Le Bistrot Pierre) and in Fox Valley Shopping Park, Stocksbridge.

As well as providing its property services, each of the branches will host a Raffina Coffee & Deli, which will represent the agent’s first move into the hospitality sector.

Raffina will open initially for takeaway and delivery at Fox Valley from this month. Its Ecclesall Road offering will open in March 2021.

Redbrik says it has identified North West Sheffield as an area with huge potential for home movers over the next few years.

It adds the area’s recent evolution with the arrival of Fox Valley Shopping Park and planned residential developments nearby make it an increasingly appealing area.

Managing director, Mark Ross, said: “We’ve always been avid supporters of the high street, and our local community.

“We wholeheartedly believe that by creating quality new office and social spaces within the communities we serve; we are enriching the local area. We hope they will become treasured community hubs.

“While 2020 has limited social contact, we’re confident 2021 will bring more normality, particularly allowing us to meet in person to create deeper relationships with our clients, providing a better, more personal service.”

Law firm Keebles LLP advised Redbik on its move to the former Le Bistrot Pierre site on Ecclesall Road and to Fox Valley.
