Recruitment begins at expanding insurance product and services provider
A recruitment drive is underway at insurance product and services provider CPP Group UK.
Part of the global CPP Group, the firm has acted as a start-up since launching in 2018, leading its operations from its headquarters in Leeds.
In September 2019, the UK division entered into the insurance broker market for the first time in the Group’s history.
CPP Group UK says it is now actively recruiting for a significant number of senior and junior roles, several of which have been newly created after structural changes to the business development and operational teams.
Available positions currently include those of product executive and project and change executive, with more opportunities set to be announced.
The team’s expansion comes after growth in the company’s claims handling department, with a new claims manager and four further employees joining the team in the space of two months.
Michael Whitfield, managing director at CPP Group UK, said: “These expansion plans are the natural next step for CPP Group UK after the growth we saw across the business last year.
“Our agenda for 2021 is just as ambitious, encompassing new product launches and exciting initiatives.
“We’re therefore looking to enrich our team with individuals who can execute this change programme and help to further enhance our proposition.
“It’s important for us to build a team structure that gives room to support growth.
