Event technology provider gains a foothold down under
Yorkshire event tech business, Event Genius, has made inroads into the Australian festival market.
It has secured deals for three big music festivals, including Lost Paradise, Wildlands and For The Love. These represent the Leeds-based end-to-end ticketing and event management platform’s first contracts in Australia.
Lost Paradise festival (Glenworth Valley, Sydney) has been at the forefront of the Australian festival scene for the past six years and 2021 will see it kickstart a multi-year deal with Event Genius.
Two more of Australia’s most loved electronic music festival brands, Wildlands (Brisbane) and For The Love (Melbourne, Perth and the Gold Coast) complete the string of events joining the Event Genius roster for 2021.
The festival deals see the Yorkshire outfit partnering with some of Australia’s most respected promoters and event organisers, including Untitled Group.
All three festivals will benefit from an end-to-end service encompassing the platform’s egTicketing, egMarketing and egAccess products; selling tickets via the Festicket, Ticket Arena and official event websites, connecting event brands with new audiences through marketing campaigns and delivering a COVID-secure onsite access control experience.
