Care homes supplier acquired by global distribution and services group
A North Yorkshire business which has been supplying the care home sector for over 20 years has been acquired by Bunzl plc, a FTSE 100 specialist international distribution and services group, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2000 by Tim Lockett, Deliver Net is a healthcare distributor to care homes in the UK, with 2020 revenue of £20m.
With its head office in Skipton and a second depot near Belfast, the company works with some of the best-known names in the care homes sector.
