Pet food retailer hires consultancy to support its growth strategy
Yorkshire based specialist natural pet food retailer Dragonflfy Products has appointed HR and employment law consultancy Howarths to support its two-year growth plan.
The partnership will see Howarths work alongside Dragonfly finance director, Richard Lambert, to develop the HR and team development programme and employment law compliance for the Slaithwaite based business.
Lambert said: “We are looking to continue our rapid growth over the next 12 to 24 months and further diversify the raw dog food brands we offer while expanding our product portfolio from food and treats to include all things canine.
“Key to the success of our growth plans is our people, and so ensuring we have support in place to look after and develop our team as the business continues to grow is our top priority.
“Howarths will help us develop everything from our functional HR procedures to employment law compliance as our headcount grows in line with the business.”

Dragonfly Product was founded in 2018 by Laura Lambert. The company sells 100% natural UK an EU sourced raw and dry dog food, as well as treats, chews and grooming products.
