City JobCentre building is up for auction
A Bradford JobCentre building is up for auction with a guide price of £1.4m.
Westfield House, in Manningham Lane, is being sold at auction on May 5 through auctioneers Acuitus.
The large, prominent four-storey office building is home to the JobCentre and is let to the Government until 2024.
Westfield House is described in its listing as a “substantial four-storey office building with a car park and undercroft car parking.”
It is located about 600 metres from Bradford’s Foster Square Railway Station.
As well as the office building, the property also features a 0.32 acre patch of open land, subject to vacant possession, which may be suitable to increase car parking or for residential or commercial development subject to consents.
The annual rental income at the site is £128,465.
