Bathroom products supplier still on track for £40m turnover target

Harrison Bathrooms, a supplier of bathroom products to retailers and distributors, has grown its sales by 18% in 2020 despite the industry being hit by the pandemic.

Following continued growth and demand, the Leeds-based business says it remains on track to meet its £40m turnover target by 2023.

The company has also increased its stock holding by 40% to over 150,000 items to meet its supply needs and ensure retailers continue to experience a quick delivery on the wide range of products in the Scudo portfolio across the whole UK.

Harrison Bathrooms adds it has continued to invest in the business during the pandemic. This has included a new warehouse management system to improve picking accuracy and efficiency.

Shaun Corcoran, commercial director, said: “The last 12 months have been unprecedented times for us all. Despite recent retail closures, our business has continued to thrive as a result of people wanting to make home improvements and more and more customers seeing the benefits of the Scudo brand.

“This, alongside some of the recent investments we have made in the business, means we are in a fantastic position to continue our growth trajectory.

“Whilst it’s been a challenging 12 months, we are delighted to still be on track to meet our ambitious growth plans.

“This is thanks to our approach of investing in high quality products at an exceptional price and our customer base being able to retain a very good profit margin.”
