Support needed for the Covid-19 emergency in India

The last 12 months have shown the power of collaboration in the face of health and economic crisis, but as the UK’s lockdowns and vaccine roll out appear to having a positive impact on Covid-19, the same is not true in all countries.

India is currently experiencing a health emergency, with Covid-19 ravaging the country on a scale unseen elsewhere.

Now the Yorkshire Asian Business Association and the Northern Asian power-Mission are calling on businesses from across the region to support where they can.

The equipment and medicines which are urgently required include:

• Oxygen Cylinders with 10 litres and 45 litres LMO capacity
• Oxygen Concentrators
• Medicines: Remdesivir & Tocilizumab
