The company has already welcomed its first five Kickstart scheme recruits.

In addition, a further six new digital jobs have already been offered locally with another eight about to be advertised. The balance will be confirmed toward the year end.

Abi Liddle, chief operations officer, said: “We’re very aware of the considerable benefits Kickstart placements can bring.

“With our specialist training, they will be on track to become top-flight digital marketing professionals within six months.

“Plus, it’s becoming clear to the digital community here, that Modo25 has ambitious growth plans for the year and that this is just the beginning of something quite special. The levelling up is alive and well in Leeds.”

Modo25 focuses on building and supporting in-house marketing teams so businesses can take back control of their future marketing success.

Brad Coulson, junior content writer and Kickstart apprentice, said: “I’ve always wanted to work with a marketing agency, like Modo25, as the variety of working with an assortment of clients within different industries makes the role really interesting.

“I also think the Kickstart scheme has been a really nice way of easing me into a new company that caters for the support I need.”

Helena Knap, executive assistant, added: “As a business management student, I knew I wanted to work for a company that supported my journey and gave me opportunities to learn.

“I have found that at Modo25 – the company has been very welcoming and accommodating, which made me feel like part of the team straight away.”
