Audio branding agency PHMG is creating 200 new roles as it expands its presence with the opening of a Yorkshire office and creating more room at its Manchester headquarters.

The company, which specialises in providing telephone answering and communication services to 36,000 clients globally, has opened a sales office at Number One Leeds, where it will be recruiting for 50 roles.

It will also be taking an additional 150 staff at its head office based at Oakland House, Old Trafford where it currently occupies four floors of the building and is now taking on a fifth, adding an extra 11,000 sq ft.

The additional space will be dedicated to the company’s growing Creative and North American Client Care teams.

PHMG said the space features ‘calming colours, lush greenery’ and collaborative breakout areas, as it prepares for staff to return to the office.

Global Creative Director Tom Heaton said: “With the design, we’ve developed an environment that’s supportive to work, but really feels like home.

“Natural tones, features and materials give a relaxing sense of openness, and we’ve considered every detail to create a space that’s vibrant, inspiring and inviting. This is a bold new direction for our interior design, and it’s a seed that’s set to blossom across every one of our offices.”

CEO Grant Reed added: “PHMG is well and truly in growth mode. We’re investing in our staff, our office space and the exemplary service we deliver to our clients – which is setting us up for a strong future.”
