Property investment business shifts to bigger city centre base

Leeds-based property investment company ERE Property has moved to a new, larger office in the city centre as it pushes forward with its growth plans for 2021 and beyond.

ERE Property relocated to its new base at Manor Mills, Manor Road, this week.

The move to a much larger office to accommodate its growing team comes after the company opened new lettings offices in Manchester and Liverpool.

Helen Mercer-Jones, ERE Property managing director, said: “Our new offices in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool form part of exciting growth plans for 2021 and beyond, bringing better national coverage and improved service levels for developers, investors, landlords and tenants.”

The company has also made a number of key new appointments recently to its sales and lettings teams as part of national expansion plans.

Mercer-Jones said: “We have expanded the team in our sales and lettings divisions, recruiting high calibre staff to cover our offices in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool and provide a premium service.

“We have a very strong team in place and are well-placed to press ahead with our expansion plans for both lettings and sales.

“Our aim is to offer the very best service possible to developers, investors, landlords and tenants.

“We are growing our UK and Hong Kong sales teams, developing our work and relationships with developers.

“We’re looking to forge new relationships and make acquisitions, developing the lettings side of the business with new offices and new staff members.

“And we continue to source the best deals with the highest yields and the best long-term capital gain prospects, in high growth areas offering the best rental opportunities.

“ERE Property is proud to be opening up new offices and creating job opportunities during this time.”
