Duo of leases agreed for prominent industrial property

Specialist property consultants, Commercial Property Partners (CPP) and joint agents MJB Commercial Property have completed the letting of two industrial units based at Savile Business Park in Sheffield.

CPP advised on converting the single industrial warehouse, situated one mile from Sheffield City Centre, into three smaller units, which were to then be leased independently.

Unit A has now been let to climbing company Grip UK, which plan to turn the vacant unit into an indoor rock-climbing centre as the activity continues to grow in popularity and also as a training facility for Olympic hopeful, Shauna Coxsey.

Unit C has also been let, with car sales specialists Westbourne Motors securing a lease.

The 26,661 sq ft property was formerly host to the Just Car Clinic and offers a large standing yard and parking area.

Acting as joint agents alongside Matthew Barnsdale at MJB Property, CPP is currently presenting Unit B of the warehouse for occupancy.
