Fresh expansion for workspace provider

Flexible workspace provider, Wizu Workspace, has continued its expansion across the North with the acquisition of a new ‘out of town’ workspace in North Leeds.

It is in response to the rising needs for flexible suburban workspace.

Wizu, which already has five workspaces across Leeds, Sheffield and Bradford, acquired the Richmond House workspace in Lawnswood Business Park, following a multi-million pound revamp, and plans to launch it’s membership model with a coworking space, all-inclusive serviced offices for up to 250 workstations and design-led meeting rooms.
