Boutique offices provider reaches for the sky

A provider of premium luxury offices to the Leeds business community is installing a roof terrace at its city centre base.

Northspring Park Row currently features a fitness studio and The Club – a business lounge with meetings rooms, hot-desking and booth seating.

Now, in addition to these facilities, the building is getting a roof terrace which will provide a place for people to host events, informal meetings or enjoy a breath of fresh air while at work.

Mark Morris, director at Investream, said: “An open-air space is great for people working in the building. At our other Northspring properties, we tend to find the roof terrace, is one of the most used spaces and we’re delighted to be installing this at Park Row this spring.”

The roof terrace which is due to complete in March, will have informal seating for up to 30 people along with a herb garden, pergola and views of the city centre.

Elizabeth Ridler, partner, Knight Frank, said: “As a result of the pandemic, offices have had to adapt to occupiers’ changing needs.

“Northspring Park Row is a perfect example of how to make the workplace inviting. With excellent amenities and now the roof terrace, we’re expecting to see a flurry of lettings.”
