Commercial advisors appointed for mixed use regeneration scheme

Savills Retail, on behalf of Ridgeback, has been instructed on Kangaroo Works, a new mixed use development in Sheffield city centre.

Savills has been appointed to advise on retail/commercial leasing, with the new scheme, which is set to house a number of retail, leisure and food and beverage units alongside 365 Build-to-rent apartments.

Due for completion in April 2023, retail units will range in size from 839 sq ft through to 3,498 sq ft.

The Kangaroo Works development forms part of Sheffield’s Heart of the City plan, one of the country’s largest urban regeneration projects providing more than £480m worth of investment into Sheffield city centre.
