Crypt Factor will return to the stage in June

More than 900 members of the North of England’s property industry will return to The Centenary Pavilion at Elland Road on Thursday 30 June 2022, to enjoy the first Crypt Factor for three years.

Due to the pandemic, the annual singing competition had to be postponed in 2020 and again last year due to The Centenary Pavilion – which is the Crypt Factor’s home – being transformed into one of Yorkshire’s largest Covid-19 NHS vaccination centres.

Crypt Factor attracts hundreds of people from the region’s property and construction industries, who cheer on their peers as they take to the stage to perform a wide range of hits.

The event raises vast sums of money for local charities St George’s Crypt and The Leeds Fund, which is managed by Leeds Community Foundation, and has raised more than £700,000 for charity since 2006.

The show’s organising committee and main sponsors comprise Gent Visick (GV), Pinsent Masons and Town Centre Securities PLC.

TheBusinessDesk.com is Crypt Factor’s official media partner and the event’s stage set-up, lighting and sound is provided by Sparq, which is a division of Saville Group. Additional support is provided by Candid PR and Anderson Advertising & Property Marketing.

Organising committee member, Dawn Allen, from Pinsent Masons, said: “It’s hard to believe that the last Crypt Factor was in 2019, but thankfully we’ve come out of the other side of the pandemic and we’re really looking forward to making this a year to remember.

“We have a fantastic line up of singers confirmed that we’ll be unveiling in the coming weeks and there’s no doubt it’s going to be a very special event.

“The last few years have been particularly tough for Leeds Community Foundation and St George’s Crypt, but all the table bookings have rolled over to June and it’s great that both organisations will once again benefit from the generosity and support of the region’s property and construction industries.”
