Fleet incident management and recovery specialist hired for another two years

FMG, a fleet incident management and recovery firm, has had a major contract extended for a further two years to allow it to continue managing incidents for business mobility solutions specialist Alphabet.
Huddersfield-based FMG has provided a full range of incident management services to Alphabet customers since 2005.
The contract includes provision for 24/7 incident reporting, repair and downtime management and uninsured loss recovery (ULR) for Alphabet’s leasing customers, with a key focus on realising cost efficiencies throughout the incident management process.
FMG specialise in getting vehicles back on the road quickly to reduce the overall cost of incidents.
It uses its own in-house technology platform, Ingenium, to intelligently triage every incident into automated workflows.
