People: PFF Group and Brand Ambition
Food packaging specialist PFF Group has appointed a new production manager for its Keighley site.
Martin Ralph joins the company after a career in senior management in the manufacturing sector. He was previously a senior project manager at Entre-Prises (UK), a manufacturer in artificial climbing walls.
Ralph said: “I’m excited to be joining PFF Group which represents a new challenge for me. I’m looking forward to bringing my previous industry experience into a new environment and working with the award-winning team at the Keighley site.”
Lee Brydon, general manager, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Martin to the PFF family at a time of investment and growth at Keighley. He brings considerable experience which will be invaluable in leading and supporting our production team.”
PFF Group is an independent food packaging manufacturer providing products to supermarkets, multi-national food manufacturers, food service and fresh produce companies across the UK.

Brand Ambition, a marketing agency operating in Leeds and Belfast, has employed a new PR and content manager to add to its growing team, bringing the number of employees to seven in under two years.
Megan Hayward has several years of experience in digital marketing in an agency setting and most recently marketed her own small business that flourished during the pandemic.
Prior to working at Brand Ambition, she owned Revival Coffee and Donuts in Hull.
She said: “I am excited to be part of a company that is already growing so fast and working with amazing clients. The companies that Brand Ambition work with have incredible stories to share and are top contenders in their industry.”

With a growing client base, Brand Ambition is growing by taking on new hires and plans to create a training academy for a team of apprentices to help the younger generation take their first step into digital marketing.
